Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、自律神経機能および脳機能を評価することで、日常生活における身体的・精神的疲労と認知機能との関連性を明らかにすることを、目的とする。具体的には、疲労度を心電図と指尖容積脈波による自律神経機能の観点より定量的に評価し、認知機能を脳波による脳機能の観点より定量的に評価することで、これらの疲労度と認知機能との関連性を明らかにする。本研究により開発した手法を、臨床応用することで、疲労度を捉え、認知症を前段階で早期に診断し、精神神経疾患の進行を未然に防ぐ効果が期待できる。
