Outline of Research at the Start

リゾリン脂質恒常性が破綻すると、動脈硬化、脂肪肝あるいは変形性関節症等の生活習慣病や加齢性疾患の発症に繋がることが示唆されているが、その作用機序は十分に明らかではない。本研究では細胞内のリゾリン脂質代謝酵素について、新規標的分子やシグナル伝達経路を明らかにし、生活習慣病や加齢性疾患病態への影響を解析する。
