Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では膨大な臨床データを基に、MASLD/MASH新規発症と食習慣・生活習慣との関連を解明し、実臨床で応用可能なMASLD/MASH発症予測リスクスコアを構築する。さらに、薬物療法の視点から、糖尿病・肥満症に処方可能で血糖・体重管理のみならずMASLD/MASHの改善をはじめとする多面的な効果が報告されているインクレチン製剤の有用性に着目して、MASLD/MASHの改善と食習慣との関連を解明する。これらにより、プライマリケアでの肥満・糖尿病におけるMASLD/MASHの発症予防・早期発見・早期治療介入を包括した効果的な予防戦略を開発し、最適・最善な医療の普及と健康長寿社会の実現を目指す。
