Outline of Research at the Start	磁石を用いた圧迫手法を用いて褥瘡モデルマウスを作成する。圧迫褥瘡による腸管の形態や炎症への影響を染組織色、PCR、WB等の手法を用いて観察を行う。WTマウスによって観察された変化に対して、プレバイオティクスを摂取したマウスに同様の処置を行い、その形態変化や炎症状態に対する保護効果の有無を観察し、そのメカニズムを検討する。明らかになった知見をもとに、褥瘡予防・管理に向けた栄養介入の有用性について検討を行う。
