Outline of Research at the Start

本研究はCKD患者を対象とした臨床研究である。
抗老化関連因子(Klotho,FGF23,Sirtuin1)のDNAメチル化とエピジェネティッククロックの栄養障害との関係について検討する。
コントロール（健康被験者）と保存期CKD患者、血液透析患者の検体において、抗老化関連因子のDNAメチル化、エピジェネティッククロック解析結果比較、栄養障害の関係を検討する。
