Outline of Research at the Start	近年、日常の環境化学物質への曝露による健康影響が明らかにされつつあり、身近なプラスチック製品等から溶出するフタル酸エステル類は母体を介して胎児にも曝露し、ホルモンバランスやエネルギー代謝の攪乱によって、出生時の体格や出生後の発育に影響する可能性が指摘されている。本研究は、出生コホートデータに基づく長期縦断解析から、胎児期のフタル酸エステル曝露が思春期の体組成（筋肉量や脂肪量）に及ぼす長期的影響、さらには成長過程の運動習慣による効果修飾を検討するものである。
