Outline of Research at the Start	MSを施行する高度肥満症患者に対して、①MASLD/MASHとT2Dの臨床的病態のデータ集積、②血液検体のリピドミクス解析、③血液検体によるフローサイトメトリー、FACSによる炎症細胞数・プロファイルの同定、④血液検体の酸化ストレスや免疫応答に関連する指標のELISA、④術中肝生検標本の組織診断やIHCによる評価、⑤肝生検標本における多重染色によるM1/M2の確認、⑥内臓脂肪組織中のFACSによる炎症細胞数・プロファイルの同定、⑥内臓脂肪組織脂質のリピドミクス解析、⑦呼気中揮発性ガスの測定⑧統計学的解析を行い経時的に解析を行う。
