Outline of Research at the Start	母乳由来間葉系幹細胞（M-MSC）が乳児の体内でどのように分布・集積し、分布組織においてどのような生理的役割を果たしているのかは明らかにされていない。これまでにストレスや喫煙などのいくつかのライフスタイル因子が母乳成分に影響を与えることが分かっているが、どのような因子が、M-MSC量（数）に影響を与えるのかも不明である。本研究では、乳児におけるM-MSCの体内分布を明らかにするとともに、乳児の腸管組織に焦点をあて、腸管発達に対するM-MSCの生理的役割を調べることを目的とする。また、M-MSC量（数）に影響を及ぼすリスク因子の同定を試みる。
