Outline of Research at the Start

妊娠高血圧症候群（Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy:HDP）は妊婦の約10%に発症し、高血圧や蛋白尿、多彩な臓器障害を特徴とする疾患群である。HDPを発症した女性は将来、糖尿病・高脂血症・心血管障害などの疾患リスクが高まることが報告されており、HDPの機序解明や予後改善に寄与する管理法の開発は社会的な要請度が高い。本研究はHDPの病態解明と、HDPに関連する、女性の生涯にわたるヘルスケア実現に向けた総合的な研究である。妊娠期、産褥期、中高年のそれぞれに直面する課題に取り組み、HDP女性に対するトータルヘルスケアと将来的なQOLの向上を目指す。
