Outline of Research at the Start	ず臨床検体を用いて飲酒習慣によるSLDの病態の差異を解析する。次にConditional knockoutマウスを用いて、肝マクロファージを含む肝内細胞別に、ALD起因性SLDにおけるMyd88経路の制御機構を明らかにする。最終的にはMyd88経路に関連し、より鋭敏に変化するMicroRNAを同定し、ALD起因性SLDの新たな病態解明と細胞治療としての可能性について探索することを目的とする。
