Outline of Research at the Start

Whether and how nanoplastics (NPs) cause brain damage remains unclear. This project investigates microglia (MG) cellular and molecular responses to NP exposure and resulting neurotoxicity in vitro and in vivo. It also explores strategies to mitigate MG response to NPs and related neurotoxicity.
