Outline of Research at the Start	【目的】本研究では、標準化された負荷食製品を用いた負荷試験を実施後、その後の自宅等での食事指導においても同一の製品を使用することの利点を、以下の観点から検証する。 ① 安全性および実効性（特に指示遵守：アドヒアランス） ② 患者およびその家族の負担軽減効果【期待される成果】本研究を通じて、地域のクリニック（開業医）から高度な専門医療機関に至るまで、多様な医療現場で導入可能な、安全かつ実効性の高い食事指導法を確立できる可能性がある。これにより、全国規模で標準化された質の高い食事指導の提供基盤が整うことが期待される。
