Outline of Research at the Start	若年成人の高コレステロール血症は家族性高コレステロール血症(FH )の可能性が高く冠動脈疾患(CAD )ハイリスクであることを、申請者は独自のコホート(young FH コホート)で明らかにした。また積年LDLリスクの考え方から重度な高LDL-C 血症ほどより若年からの治療が求められる。本研究では、この独自のコホートを活用し、(1)積年LDLリスクを反映するエピゲノムマーカーの同定、(2)FH 遺伝子変異陰性(nonFH )群に集積の可能性のあるエピゲノム異常による高LDL-C 血症の探索を行う。将来的な若年高LDL-C血症のエピゲノム健診と先制医療の確立の基盤となる知見を目指す。
