Outline of Research at the Start

高トリグリセライド（TG）血症は、遺伝要因と環境要因が複合的に重なり増悪し、動脈硬化や急性膵炎の原因となるが、有効な治療薬に乏しい。近年栄養学では、摂取する栄養素だけでなく、いつどのように摂取するか、精密栄養・時間栄養の重要性が益々明らかとなってきているが、高TG血症については有効な方法が確立されていない。本研究課題は、申請者独自のマウスモデルを用いて、高TG血症の時間栄養学の基盤確立を目指す。
