Outline of Research at the Start

脂肪乳剤（ILE）の使用を制限する因子の１つとして投与速度があり、ILEの利便性低下に寄与している。ILEの利便性を向上し使用状況を改善するには、安全で効率の良い投与速度設計の開発が必要である。
これまで我々は、薬物動態学の概念を拡大適応し、個々の患者に応じた最大許容投与速度の推定が可能であり、その妥当性を実証した。しかし、”ILE初回投与時”という限られた状況での実証であり、連日投与での妥当性実証が必要である。本研究では、実臨床（連日投与時）における最大許容投与速度の妥当性を実証し、安全で効率の良い投与速度設計の“臨床実装”を目的とする。
