Outline of Research at the Start	近年の遺伝子解析技術の飛躍的な進歩に伴い、遺伝要因と環境要因が複雑に絡みあって発症する多因子疾患に対しても遺伝学的な疾病発症リスクを評価し予防医療に活用しようとする機運が高まりつつある。しかしながら、多因子疾患に対する遺伝学的リスク評価のメリット・デメリットはまだ十分に検討されていない。そこで本研究では、ゲノム健診を実施している北海道大学病院パーソナルヘルスセンター (PHC) において、生活習慣病・認知症に関連する遺伝学的リスクを評価し、被検者 (研究参加者) へ結果説明を行った後、ライフスタイルやセルフケア行動、心理面等にどのような影響を及ぼすかを検証する。
