Outline of Research at the Start

骨格筋間質由来幹細胞（Sk-MSC）が分泌するエクソソームの網羅的解析を行う。先行研究で確立されたSk-MSCエクソソームの分離方法を活用し、Sk-MSCが分泌するエクソソームの種類、含有するmicro RNA、タンパク質を同定する。また、これらの含有される分子内容について、サルコペニアモデルマウスと正常マウス間における差異を分析し、Sk-MSCエクソソームがサルコペニアの進行に与える影響を明らかにする。
