Outline of Research at the Start	コンピュータなどの情報・通信機器だけでなく、世の中に存在する様々な物体（モノ）に通信機能を持たせ、インターネットに接続したり相互に通信したりすることにより、自動認識や自動制御、遠隔計測などを行うIoTソフトウェアの重要性が広く認識されてきている。このようなIoTソフトウェアは、不具合が生じた場合の社会的な影響が大きいため、従来のシステムと比べて、より高い信頼性が求められる。従って、高信頼なIoTシステムを実現するための開発・保守手法を研究する必要性は高い。特に、セキュリティやプライバシーに対する配慮は、これまでのソフトウェア以上に重要となる。
