Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、人によるサポートが保証される場合、システム利用に対する抵抗感が減少するという心理的背景に着目し、人がサポートすることを前提とした半自動型の問い合わせ対応業務の情報システムとインタラクションを設計する。従来型の問い合わせ量の削減手法の適用が困難な状況に対応するために、組織固有単語を含む問い合わせメール文書から適応的に問題解決に必要な情報を抽出する手法とユーザの行動を促すための自情報提示方法を確立し、それら成果を実装した問い合わせ自動受付メールシステムを用いた半自動型インタラクションを設計し、本提案が問い合わせ業務省力化に有効であることを示す。
