Outline of Research at the Start

運用データの自動解析によるネットワーク運用支援技術の信頼性を高めるため、オペレータ知識をデータとして活用する技術の研究開発に取り組む。特にオペレータ知識が重要な技術として因果解析に基づく障害の原因究明技術を取り上げ、同技術にオペレータ知識を無理なく段階的に導入するためのアプローチとして、(1)擬似運用データの収集および(2)オペレータのフィードバックに基づく対話的因果解析の2つの実現を目指す。
