Outline of Research at the Start

点と辺からなるネットワーク構造において点の重要度を求めるPageRank等のランキング手法が数多く研究されてきた．ネットワークが時系列的に変遷すればランキングも変動するが，その要因を推定する研究は十分になされてこなかった．
ランキング変動要因は，遺伝子の相関を表すネットワークにおいては炎症進行に重要な遺伝子群の発見や,フレンド関係を表すネットワークにおけるインフルエンサーの変動の原因となったユーザー群の発見につながると考えられる．
本研究では，変遷するネットワークにおけるランキング追跡と変動要因の関係を明らかにする手法の確立を目指すとともに，実際のネットワークデータに応用することを目的とする．
