Outline of Research at the Start	現実世界と仮想世界を融合し、相互にリアルタイムで影響しあう空間を構築するテクノロジーは、MR（Mixed Reality; 複合現実）と呼ばれる。MR用のヘッドセットを装着したユーザーは、現実空間に表示した様々な仮想オブジェクトを視認し操作できるため、MRは新しい形態のコンピューティング環境として注目を集めている。しかし、MRを扱うシステムを構築するのに高度な技術を要するため、有用性の高いMR用ソフトウェアは十分に供給されていない。本研究において申請者は、ヘッドセットとPCがネットワークを介して連携するマルチデバイス型のMixed Realityツールボックスを開発し評価する活動を推進する。
