Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、医療事故に関するクローズドクレーム（法的に決着のついた賠償請求）を収集・分類・整理することにより構築中のクローズドクレームデータベースについて、大規模言語モデルによる検索拡張生成システムを開発する。これはユーザーがシステムに入力した任意の質問文に応じて、クローズドクレームデータベースに登録された数万件の医療事故情報から回答を生成するものである。我々の研究の最終目標は、医療事故について様々な情報を発信し、本邦の医療安全の向上を促進することであるが、本システムによって豊富な医療事故情報の提供が可能になることを目指す。
