Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、センサ、画像、位置情報など異なるモダリティのデータを統合的に扱うクロスモーダル情報アクセス技術のための基盤構築を目的とする。データ記録時刻に基づく「時間的近接性」に着目し、異種データ間の関連性を自動的に推定・付与する手法を開発する。これにより、人的コストを抑えつつ多様なモダリティを含む大規模データセットの構築が可能となり、高精度な情報アクセス技術の研究資源としての活用が期待される。また、本手法は非言語データ間の相互変換や情報要求の推定といった応用展開にも寄与する。
