Outline of Research at the Start

人間は遠くの人には大声，近くの人には小さな声と発話相手との距離に合わせて適応的に話し方を変えることができる。しかし，視覚的に確認できない案内放送や距離の掴みにくいオンライン会議やメタバース等VR空間では，この適応的発話は専門的な訓練を受けない限り難しい。本研究はこれらの課題を解決する「距離感アンプ」の試作で音声通信・仮想環境を介した対人コミュニケーションの円滑化に貢献することを目指す。
