Outline of Research at the Start

超高齢社会において，質の高いデジタルコミュニケーションを推進するためには，高齢者のセンシングされた情報から相手の関心や心情を理解し，臨場感のある情報を伝えることが重要である。本研究では，デジタルコンテンツ視聴時の高齢者を対象とし，口唇の動き・視線や瞬き・顔温度・顔の各部位情報，並びに体動などの情報を併用して，機械学習などによる心情の推定を行い，その結果を共有するシステムを構築する。本研究の成果は，高齢者の高度な見守り支援システムや，感情理解を苦手とする人々へのコミュニケーション支援への活用が可能である。
