Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、認知症高齢者の微小な表情変化を識別するために、異常検出技術を応用した個別適応型の識別手法を開発することを目的とする。従来の平均的な健常者データに基づく汎化型識別器では困難であった、表情表出が乏しい対象者の笑顔などを、対象ごとの真顔からの逸脱として異常検出により捉える。さらに、その変化を視覚的に拡大して提示することで、非熟練介護者にも表情変化を明瞭に伝え、介護現場での「気づき」や熟練支援、介入効果の可視化を可能にする技術基盤の構築を目指す。
