Outline of Research at the Start

公共のデータベースから無病生存期間データを取得し、それぞれのがん種、サブタイプごとにデータを説明する組織動態パラメータを推定する。組織動態パラメータと無病生存期間を数理モデルによって関連させることによって、手術検体のドライバー遺伝子発現頻度データから組織動態パラメータを推定することで、個別に無病生存期間を予測する。本研究によって、手術検体から個別の再発期間を予測可能になれば、治療方針の立案の際に重要な情報になるとともに、大規模プロジェクトで得られたデータの効果的な活用事例を全世界に提供できる。
