Outline of Research at the Start

全国の自治体や企業で、運動や健康増進の習慣化を支援する事業が展開されており、アプリやウェアラブル機器による健康データのモニタリングや個別化フィードバック、インセンティブ提供などICTの活用も進展している。本研究はこれらの習慣化事業の事例を収集・分析し、共通する成功要因や課題を明らかにすることで、効果的な習慣化支援モデルの構築を目指す。習慣化支援モデルに基づく事業の設計ガイドラインを作成すると共に、事例の可視化・検索・比較・質問応答機能を備えた事例分析・運営支援システムを開発する。
