Outline of Research at the Start

コロナ禍、オンライン環境を用いた教育が急速に実践現場に広がった。それに伴いITを用
いた教育や家庭内で教育を受ける時間も増加し、コミュニケーションの小さな失敗を経験するチャンスが激減している。本研究ではどのような同調行動が抑うつのリスクに関与するのか、多様性のある環境と、同調行動、失敗体験の捉え方について、生理指標、行動指標、学習指標を開発し、明らかにする。さらに、個人特性にあったコーピングスキル（ストレスや困難な状況に対処するための行動や思考の戦略）トレーニングを行う支援システムを提案、開発、評価を行う。
