Outline of Research at the Start

保育現場のような不確実な環境下でレジリエント（しなやか）な対応を実現するためには，従来の失敗原因を追究する安全管理（Safety-I）に加えて，日常業務の成功に着目し，その可能性を拡大する安全管理（Safety-II）が求められる．そこで本研究では，保育現場においてSafety-II理論を実践・定着させるための学習コンテンツの開発に取り組む．具体的には，1) 機能共鳴分析手法（FRAM）を用いた保育業務の安全確保の仕組みの分析，2) 保育者がSafety-II理論に基づく安全管理を学ぶための学習コンテンツの開発，3) 研修の実施を通じた学習コンテンツの有用性の検証を行う．
