Outline of Research at the Start	南海トラフ地震の発生が切迫する中、手術室における災害対応トレーニングの整備は喫緊の課題である。本プロジェクトは、大規模災害発生時の手術室緊急対応を想定したトレーニングプログラムを立案し、麻酔科医、手術室看護師、初期研修医、医学生を対象に、シミュレーショントレーニングの標準化および指導者養成プログラムの開発を目的とする。トレーニングにはRapid Cycle Deliberate Practice（RCDP）を導入し、反復的かつ即時のフィードバックを通じて学習効果を高める。本研究では、RCDPを用いた災害対応訓練の効果を検証し、災害時における即応性および手術室チームの対応能力の向上を図る。
