Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、放射線照射が組織反応を介して組織老化を早期化するのではないかとの「問い」を核心として位置づけ、『放射線照射は発がん変異を誘発するのではなく、組織老化クロックを早めて組織老化を早期化し、その結果、自然に起こるがんの早期顕在化をもたらすことこそ放射線発がんの本質である』との仮説を、老化エピジェネティッククロック（以下老化エピクロック）の解析から証明する斬新な研究計画である。
