Outline of Research at the Start

有機リン系難燃剤は難燃性を高めるため広範囲のプラスチック製品・部品に添加される化学物質であるが、その暴露による脳神経系への影響が懸念されている。本研究では、有機リン系難燃剤であるイソプロピルフェニルホスフェート (IPP) が脳神経系に対する毒性を有するかどうかを明らかにするため、①神経精神疾患に関連する行動異常の解析、②マウス脳における神経伝達への影響、③マウス脳における遺伝子発現への影響、について解析する。
