Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、長期的な林業労働力の確保および労働生産性の現状とその改善見込みについての最新知見を元に、基本的にJ－クレジット森林管理プロジェクトの方法論を援用して各地域の「見込み炭素固定量」を労働力供給・労働生産性の現状・改善シナリオ別に試算し、労働力不足が中長期的な森林の炭素固定機能に対する影響を分析する。また、カーボンオフセットや関連制度の工夫によって達成しうる炭素固定機能の維持向上策を提起する。
