本研究は、大量導入が進む再生可能エネルギーにより、調整市場での発電と需要の不均衡が深刻化し、応札量不足と調達価格高騰が国民負担を増大させる問題に着目する。光伏(太陽光発電)と電気自動車の連携を通じ、シミュレーションや市場設計検証により需給・貯蔵の最適バランスを実現し、電網の柔軟性・安定性向上を図る。
