Outline of Research at the Start

(a)日本の電力部門が2035年までに，風力／太陽光発電を大量連系し，石炭火力を廃止する場合について，起動停止-経済負荷配分の簡易モデルにより，１時間値の電力需給解析により，再エネ電力80%の達成方法を提示する．再エネ電源の必要規模，蓄電池とデマンドレスポンスの必要規模，地域間連系線の拡張規模を推計する．
(b)イギリス，フランス，ドイツの再エネ拡大計画を比較し，「自治体エネルギー計画」が機能する制度要件を確認する．
(c)電力需給の技術条件，コスト条件を考慮し，送電管区別の「再エネ80％地域エネルギー計画」を作成する．
