Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、『「公正な移行」を基底とした持続可能な脱炭素地域社会の実現に必要な包括的な地域デザインの要素とは何か』という学術的な「問い」に対し、「公正な移行」概念 の深化と具体的な政策手法の構築こそがその実現を支えるとの仮説のもと、その構築に必要となる、分野横断的な政策開発とそれを担う主体間連携、新たな地域価値創造、それらを包含した総合的かつ包摂的な地域空間デザインの実現、に寄与する地域レベルにおける「公正な移行」の理論と政策実装モデルを構築することで、学術・実践の両面で貢献する。
