Outline of Research at the Start

森林投資が活発な国の森林経営では、現物資産の評価にとどまらない、将来価値を価額に反映し得る資産管理者の存在が大きい。今日の資産管理者には、大きくアメリカにみる森林投資組成型、ドイツにみる伝統的林業経営型の２つの流れがある。脱炭素社会における森林資産管理者への要求は多様化していることが推察されるが、２つの典型国を日本の比較対象として、森林投資の鍵を握る森林資産管理者の機能解明を通じ、脱炭素社会における担い手像と森林投資による林業の採算性向上の方策を明らかにする。
