Outline of Research at the Start

新築住宅の「住宅省エネ基準」適合が義務化される2025年度になったものの、国内の多くの地域で住宅の省エネ化対応は遅れている。年間を通して快適・健康に暮らせる、冬の寒さを旨とした「エコ住宅」居住の必要性は高まっているが、エコ住宅普及推進のための方策や組織体制に関する社会科学的研究も、あまり進んでいない。そうした中で本研究は、既存住宅を中心にエコ住宅の更なる普及方策・手法と望ましい推進組織体制を明らかにするものである。
