| Outline of Research at the Start |
家庭由来の食品ロス削減に向けて効果的な介入策を策定し、その効果を排出ごみ組成調査と質問紙調査によって定量的に評価する。
食品ロスを発生させていることに無自覚である、期限表示を絶対視しそれを超過したものは安全に食べることげできたとしても無条件で廃棄する、という意識・行動パターンに対応できる介入策を策定・実施する。
既存の効果測定事例は質問紙調査やモニター調査によるものが大半で、これらによる効果検証では調査されているということの自覚によるバイアスが大きいため、本研究においては社会実験による食品ロス量の変化を実験区と対照区を設定した上で事前事後の組成調査を中心に評価する。
