Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、都市のフードシステム（食料の生産・流通・消費など）と気候変動対策を統合する方法について、日本・台湾・韓国の事例を比較しながら課題と可能性を明らかにする。社会の持続可能性を高める移行・転換の仕組みやプロセスを記述する「サステナビリティ・トランジション理論」を理論的枠組みとして、各都市が採用できる具体的な政策のヒントを提示することを目指す。
まず文献調査や現地調査を行い、都市農業や市民主体の取り組みなどの事例を収集し、次に、それらを分析して地域特有の課題や利点を洗い出し、最終的には、気候変動に強い食料政策の方向性を提案することを計画している。
