Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、デジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）がもたらす働き方・暮らし方の変化を、環境負荷削減とウェルビーイング向上の両面から統合的に評価し、持続可能なライフスタイルを実証的に提示することを目的とする。具体的には、テレワークおよび食の宅配・デリバリー利用を対象に、既存統計・文献により新生活様式の正負の効果を整理し、オンラインの社会調査により行動変容が環境指標と主観的ウェルビーイングに及ぼす影響を多角的に解析する。これらの解析により、個人と社会双方の持続可能性を高めるライフスタイルを探求する。
