Outline of Research at the Start

近年、グローバル化の影響下で国境を越えて移動する人々に対する人間性のはく奪、すなわち「非人間化（dehumanization）」が問題視されている。本研究課題は中国系ムスリムとチベット人諸社会を対象にして、ホスト社会においていかなる宗教的民族的な共同体を維持・展開し、いかにより良き生を希求しながらホスト社会と共生するコミュニティを築き上げているのかを解明することを目的とする。とくに、ホスト社会において異なる他者との接触に伴うつながりの形成や相互交渉において、宗教的倫理と個のリーダーシップが果たす役割に着目し、当事者コミュニティの自律性とホスト社会との共生と受容の実態を明らかにするものである。
