Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、ベトナムを事例に、先進国企業との受託取引に参入した途上国企業の多角化の体系的な考察を行う。途上国の受託企業をめぐるこれまでの議論では、バリューチェーンを主導する先進国委託企業の役割に焦点が当てられる傾向が強く、そうした企業との取引関係は受託企業の成長を促しうる一方で制約もあることが指摘されてきた。だが、ベトナムの複数の産業では、市場や製品の多角化を進める受託企業の存在が確認されている。受託企業による多角化の体系的な分析を通じて、これまであまり論じられてこなかった途上国受託企業の成長経路に光を当てる。
