Outline of Research at the Start

資本に組み込まれた土地の過剰利用は、現状においても環境問題、食料問題、水資源等に深刻な問題をもたらしつつある。本課題は、種々の視点が輻湊する近現代の土地所有権概念を再考する一助として、農耕社会に移行して以降、所有権の主要な対象であり続ける土地を対象に、社会的秩序の一機能として、人と社会の調和を目指す台湾の絶対性の脆弱な土地所有権と制約原理を通じた人新世時代の土地所有権思想について考察を深めることを目的とするものである。
