Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、人々が生活文化の中で木材を手入れし、利用し続ける行為の文化的、社会的、生態的な成立要因を、生態学における分解者に対する考え方を応用し、インドネシア沿岸域の事例から解明するものである。これを通じて本研究は、生産活動に偏重した自然資源に関わる行為への理解を、限りある資源を大切に、手をかけて利用し尽くすことを重視する理解へと転換するための一観点を提示することを目指す。
