Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、北極域の永久凍土融解など気候変動によって移住を迫られる気候難民の移住に伴う健康リスクや意思決定過程の実態を明らかにし、心理的ストレスの軽減に資する参加型リスクコミュニケーションモデルの構築を目指す。複数のアラスカ先住民コミュニティを対象に住民主体の移住決定プロセスを可視化し、衛星データを用いた永久凍土の融解分析、PAPMに基づくインタビュー・質問紙調査、地域住民との結果共有ワークショップなどを通じて、参加型リスクコミュニケーション（RC）を実践する。最終的には、住民参加型の移住判断を支援し、環境変化に適応するための「北極気候難民リスクコミュニケーションガイド」を作成し、広く発信する。
