Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、日本と台湾の地域において地域間防災交流会をアクションリサーチとして実施し、住民主体の防災活動の実現と多様なステークホルダー間の連携促進を図るものである。交流会を通じて、地域間の知見の交換・生成による「インターローカリティ」の概念をモデル化し、防災の硬直化やコミュニケーション不足といった課題の解決に資する実践と理論の往還的アプローチを検証する。
