Outline of Research at the Start

コロナ禍以前の「観光」は、対GDP比で14％弱、1兆円強の経済効果を生んでいましたが、その派生効率を示す「誘発倍率」は、1.50前後で硬直し、沖縄県の宿願の「観光の質への転換」には程遠い状況です。同率は、地域の経済構造を反映するため、この硬直は、県経済がこの間、効率良く「観光」が経済効果を生む構造に成り得ていなかったことを示します。本研究は、「仮説的抽出法：Hypothetical Extraction Method（以下「HEM」）」に基づき観光関連を中心に、産業の喪失（または「抽出」）を仮想、「喪失のダメージ」から「誘発倍率」の改善、「観光」の質的向上に資する経済、産業構造を解明します。
